We can offer groups a team building day comprising of team tasks and challenges to culminate in tackling a high ropes course either at a desert camp or a location closer to the city of Dubai.
For a longer challenge we offer a series of day or multi day hikes with various camping options. Through our partners we can offer desert, mountain & coastal sites to work from. We have selected the sites to give a real feeling of a wilderness location, while in reality the locations are reasonably accessible to provide a high level of logistical support & evacuation in case of emergency.
We can adjust our programmes to give the desired balance between learning, fun, hardship, luxury and numerous other parameters.
For example; if your group of senior corporate managers are all working in remote offices your primary objective may simply be bring them together socially to encourage team bonding in a controlled environment. In this case we could offer a coastal location reached by boat, a camp set up by our staff, lunch provided by our partners & communal evening cooking over a camp fire. Activities such as snorkeling or a short hike may be an option.
If however your aim is more towards personnel development of say young managers or students we could offer an experience that focuses more on experiential learning. We could involve the team in planning a weekend of hiking & camping, this could in turn involve, selection of kit, route planning & navigation, buying & cooking food,setting up a campsite, looking after hygiene & the environment.
